Dr. Omead Barari
Podiatrist, Podiatric Physician & Surgeon
Dr. Barari graduated from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Podiatric Medicine in 2020 and completed his surgical residency with St. Joseph Medical Center in Houston, Texas in 2023 where he served as chief resident. He has additional credentials in chemical biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and global medicine from the Keck School of Medicine of USC.
Dr. Barari has extensive training and background in reconstructive forefoot and rearfoot surgery, wound care, diabetic limb preservation, sports medicine, trauma, foot orthoses and biomechanics. He is passionate about delivering high quality care to under-resourced communities and has volunteered for medical mission trips and mobile clinics for people without housing.
Dr. Omead Barari is the recipient of educational scholarships and awards while attending podiatric meetings at the state and national level.
In his spare time, Dr. Barari enjoys playing the guitar, traveling, leisure reading, playing tennis, film, fitness, relaxing at the beach, and gaining proficiency in speaking Spanish and Farsi.
